This itinerary has been carefully designed to give you a taste of the exciting, endless possibilities you can experience on a privately guided adventure and can be tailored to suit your exact preferences.
Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your dedicated private guide for this adventure will be waiting to warmly welcome you and drive you to Lake Duluti Serena Lodge.
This attractive little town is situated beneath the towering peaks of Mt. Meru and Kilimanjaro. Arusha, renowned as the safari capital of Tanzania, offers a plethora of attractions and adventures. The town has numerous first-class restaurants, bars and markets to browse, and is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days before embarking on a safari or attempting to scale Kili. Not-to-be-missed is the Arusha National Park (in Ngurdoto Crater), the National Natural History Museum, the Laetoli Footprints (set in volcanic ash, dating back 3 500 000 years) and the beautiful coffee plantations, which dot the landscape.
Spend one night at Lake Duluti Serena Lodge . Accommodation is in a standard chalet. Your stay includes breakfast.
Your program starts at a slow pace. First you enjoy your breakfast served on your private verandah overlooking the lush green gardens of your lodge. Afterwards you drive to Arusha National Park, once the site of the action packed Hollywood movie Hatari, starring John Wayne and Hardy Kruger. You pass by herds of zebra, buffalo, and giraffe on the savannah. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Momella Lake, famous for huge flocks of colorful flamingos and its views at majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. You continue in the afternoon with a game drive around the different habitats in this truly beautiful national park. There are black and white colobus monkeys, Sykes’s and velvet monkeys, shy forest duikers, elusive leopards and substantial herds of antelope.

After breakfast at the hotel picked up and drive you to Tarangire national park for game drive, with parked Lunch game drive in the park as you expect to see big herds of Elephants 5-10-20 and sometimes up to 30 elephants per square kilometer, though if ones lucky will see the big cats lions, cheetahs and leopards among them you will also see zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and many species of antelopes and if you bids watcher then here is the best place to start sporting as many species as you can game drive till late evening then drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight at Burunge Tented Camp
Burunge Tented Camp is located adjacent to Tarangire National park in Northern Tanzania; Set close to the shores of Lake Burunge, the evaporation pan into which the Tarangire River flows.

Full day game drives in this stunning park. You can go out all day and take packed breakfast and lunch or return to camp for lunch. You are in charge of your own itinerary and together with your private guide you discuss every evening the plan for the next day. If you like and have an adventurous mind; you can even go on a walking safari or go fly camping, which is a real bush and wildlife experience.

Today you will head north to Lake Manyara National Park. It’s about 1 hour drive from the exit of Tarangire. Lake Manyara National is at the foot of the Great Rift Valley. The park is named after the soda lake in The middle of the park. The park is famous for its tree Climbing lions, great bird life and the breading lessor flamingo’s. At the end of the day you will be brought to Lake Manyara Serena lodge, 30 minutes from the exit of the park.

After the breakfast we will visit the local Market at Mto WA Mbu and villages around the Lake Manyara experience the life at the local village setting, meeting local people, learning about their culture, agriculture and history of the area. We return back to the Lodge/Camp for lunch and then transfer back to Arusha town where we will end our African safari adventure.
After Breakfast it’s time for the famous Ngorongoro Crater. It’s about 1 hour drive from Lake Manyara Serena Lodge to the entrance of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. From there it’s about 30 minutes to the Crater rim. The crater is the Words largest Crater and also Known as the Garden of Eden or the 8 wonder of the world. The crater floor is home to the largest population of mammals and you can spot the big 5 here on a relatively small area. Just stunning. After lunch you will be brought back to Plantation Lodge.
Overnight at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, Ang’ata Camp or Lemala Camp , all meal inclusive
Today it’s time for the famous Serengeti National Park. You will head for the Area called Moru Kopjes and this is just a stunning drive. You will be amazed by the Serengeti and you will understand why the word comes from the Maasai word that means endless plains.

After breakfast full day game drive in the Serengeti. This park just has it all: the wildlife and beautiful scenery and you will just love sleeping in a luxury tented camp right in the middle of the African bush.
Overnight at Kati kati Tented camp, all meal included
Full Day game drive in the Serengeti. If you like you can even make a balloon ride in the morning and this is a fantastic experience. You Will be picked up very early at 05.00am in the morning and from there you will be taken to the start of the balloon ride.The balloon ride itself is about 1,5 hours and you can see the sun rise from the balloon. Magical. After The balloon Ride you will enjoy a champagne breakfast. Your guide will pick you up and he will take you on another fantastic game drive in the Serengeti.
Overnight at Kati kati Tented camp, all meal included
After breakfast at the lodge, we depart to the Seronera airstrip and enjoy a game drive en-route to the airstrip.
Around midmorning join a scheduled flight from Seronera airstrip to Arusha airport. Upon arrival to Arusha airport, meet our driver and transfer to Arusha town. On arrival in Arusha will we have lunch and then we will end our African safari adventure. You will be taken to your hotel, which ends our safari services.
