Off We Go Safaris Limited operates as an agent for third-party Suppliers offering tourism services
such as:
• Accommodation
• Transportation
• Guiding
• Activities (e.g., game drives, water sports, trekking)
• Incidental services (e.g., insurance, volunteering)
The company creates Tour Packages combining these services, but does not accept liability for
actions or omissions by third-party providers.
Prices are valid only under specified conditions (e.g., itinerary, travel dates, participant
number).
• Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, tax/fuel hikes, or external factors.
• The company strives to honor given rates or help clients find suitable alternatives if costs
change unexpectedly.
Some activities carry inherent risks (e.g., ziplining, canopy walks, rafting, bush walks). While
reasonable care is taken:
• Participation is voluntary.
• Guests are expected to use common sense and follow guide instructions.
• The company is not liable for injury, harm, or death resulting from such activities.
All clients are covered under AMREF/Flying Doctors for emergency air evacuation only
(hospitalization not included).
Guests are advised to have their own international health insurance
Off We Go Safaris guarantees to act ethically, honestly, and in good faith, aiming to deliver the tour
as per the agreed package.
Services are only confirmed upon deposit payment.
• If proposed services are unavailable, similar or better alternatives will be arranged where
possible.
• The company is not liable for unavailable or waitlisted services that weren’t previously
confirmed.
The company is not responsible for disruptions caused by:
• Natural disasters
• War or terrorism
• Political unrest
• Guest emergencies Efforts will be made to minimize losses, but no guarantees can be made.
A deposit is required to confirm bookings:
o 25% of total OR
o Full cost of Gorilla/Chimp Permits (whichever is higher)
• Full payment is due 45 days before the tour.
• For tours booked within 35 days, full payment is required immediately.
Gorilla Permits: Always non-refundable
• 60 days before tour: $250 handling fee
• 60–36 days: 20% cancellation fee
• 35–16 days: 50%
• 15–3 days: 75%
• 2–0 days or no-show: 100%
If a supplier’s conditions exceed these terms, the company will inform the client, who may decline
without penalty if terms are not acceptable.
Trip interruption and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
