Amboseli National Park is a year-round destination. Still, the best time to visit this national park is from June to September and January to February. 

The high season in Amboseli National Park is from December to March and July to October. 

If you are looking specifically for birding visit Amboseli National Park in the wet season, which starts from April to June and November to December. 

You can come to this national park via Amboseli Airport. 

Wildlife in Amboseli National Park

Visitors can easily spot four out of the big five animals ( Rhinos are absent). Buffalo, wildebeest, African Bush Elephant, Masai giraffe, impala, lion, Burchell’s zebra, and gazelle are very common to spot.
